I will NEVER EVER, step foot in this location again. I have given them chance after chance, to prove that each time I receive horrible customer service, that it’s an isolated incident. Each time, I am left more frustrated and disappointed than the previous time. The cashiers don’t even have the decency or manners to smile or greet their customers, and after encountering their “manager”...who unfortunately is the same way, I see why they are like that. I prefer to take my business elsewhere, where it is appreciated, and the employees don’t make you feel bad, for asking them to do their job. That’s totally unacceptable. This location is in serious need of change and retraining of their staff.

Store has nice looking displays and a good variety of products. Prices are typically higher here than other competing stores. Employees seem poorly trained. Customer Service desk screwed up a dishwasher I ordered (An honest mistake on their part, they ordered the wrong colour). However they blamed me and said I must have ordered the wrong one. Customer service was beyond rude too. They then triple charged my credit card while they attempted to get the order right (They said that was also my fault again). Seems like they don't have any clue what they are doing. They got it straightened out in the end, but it was a huge hassle. I find that for my Hardware store needs, I almost always will drive past here to go to the local H.D.

Lowes has better range of products than the Orange big box. Even items that are hard to find, in all depts more choice, more options, Just what a hardware store should be.

Lousy service, like a morgue in that place if you need help. But I assure you there's lots of cashiers
