Had a great experience in store when choosing new lighting for our kitchen. Onkar delivered my new light right to my front door as the one I chose had to be brought in from a different location. Andy helped me with choosing the right bulbs and ensured I could return them if I was unhappy and Erik helped make the purchase and installation setup seamless. Thanks again guys! I’ll be back

I originally went to this location a few months ago and not being able to find any staff said I would not be back again.nHowever, I have had quitea few dealings with them over the last few days and was very impressed with how all the staff I dealt with were friendly and extremely helpful.  Glad to see the improvement and I will continue to shop there.

We recently had an issue with an online order we purchased. I contacted the ccustomer service department and spoke with a representative, unfortunately he just didn't seem to understand our dilemma or position. It was a pricing issue  and incorrect product description. I thought if I contacted the store, knowing it wasn't  purchased in-store would they be able to help us? I was hoping it could be rectified . I spoke with a manager there, Oncar, sorry if I didn't spell his name correctly. He listened to our concern and was completely  understanding and explained that he would look into it and get back to us. I received a call back later that day explaining he agreed there was a mistake and that would correct it for us. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and  professional.  He quickly resolved our issue that we appreciated very much. Excellent Customer Service

Definitely one of my go to stores, Location is excellent. I recently disposed off some left over paint which is a great option. Customer service is good. One thing they need to add is to add more people on floor, it is very difficult to find people presence on floor. Home depot takes business because there are a lot more employees on floor hence making my trip shorter. I only go to Rona when I have time on my hands so that I have the time to search & shop

Amazing store to get every home improvements and needs. get things customised and also delivery available for major items. variety of deals and seasonal offers can be availed here for patio furniture, garden decor, home interior, kitchen, washrooms and appliances. you may also get woods and door or carpentary needs done here. lots of tools electrical fixtures and decor items deom lamps mirror etc. fab place to explore things in this store. Massive place with affordable prices.
