I was so surprised of the level of service lazy boy offered. Joanne and Beverly came to my home, measured, took photos and plotted out what items would look best in my space. I now know my furniture will fit properly and look perfect. I loved the fact that I could custom design my dining room table. Thanks ladies for informing me and showing me how great my home could look!

First of all Judith made us aware of the possibility of mom getting her taxes back due to a doctors form mom qualified for. There was some complications with the which address to use. Judith was very patient and extremely helpful. We had lots of questions and she helped us through it all with kindness and understanding. The chair she helped us choose meets all moms needs including the fabric Judith recommended. The chair was delivered in a very timely manner.

Purchased a recliner sofa/loveseat set and my sister purchased a sectional. The sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Helped us for a long time and was very patient with us. Got us a great deal and we are both very happy. Can’t wait for them to be delivered!

Salesman Rafiou is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Radio knows about all La-Z-Boy products and is very helpful in explaining the different options available for couches/chairs/recliners. Radiou sure has a lot of patience because I visited their showroom in Whitby a few times to decide what type/color I wanted to purchase. Full explanation of warranty on couch given and I left store knowing exactly what was covered and how to reach staff. I know I have chosen quality furniture when choosing a La-Z-Boy product and I will enjoy it for many yrs to come. La-Z-Boy has an amazing showroom and if you haven’t been there, it is well worth a visit... It is amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer. Bonnie R Oshawa Ont
