I had a pretty good experience here. I went for photos for a passport but me and my kid. I didn’t get the name of the man who helped me but he was very kind and quick. I even came back the day after because we were unsure about something and as soon as we walked in he made the adjustment we were out in 1 minute. The work environment seem very calm and all the staff I encountered on my visit seemed happy to be there.
Reading reviews and all my previous experiences were positive till today .....I wandered around for 20 minutes looking a a couple items then I used the self help computer to see if item was in stock after giving up my search I settled for a substandard product. The cashier at 3:40 pm Sunday today was no more helpful, then looking myself. I was not asked if I found everything I was looking for. And grumbled out the price like I was disturbing him by being at his till. Not too happy with customer service on this day 3 employees walked right passed, 1 I did say excuse me too and he continued to go. So I will assume he didn't hear me which 100 percent is not the case I am not a quiet person.
Rushabh Jain provided me exceptional customer service. He greeted me when he saw me arrive in his department tech and then he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much!!
Can’t speak for the other departments but I’ve consistently had a terrible experience in their print centre. Employees there range from indifferent to downright rude, and any print job sent here will take at least a day longer than other locations. Employees will try to ignore you when you ask for help and when you finally get them to give you the time of day, they don’t readily provide solutions or answers to questions and act like incredibly annoyed. That is of course when they agree to help, which they sometimes won’t.nnDon’t waste your time here if you need anything printed, copied or faxed, just go to the Whitby location.
Had to do a return and James was exceptionally on point. He shared with me my option to purchase extended warranty and was a super pleasure to deal with. His product knowledge was incredible and much appreciated.
