We took photos for our documents here. The price was higher than in other small shops where they take photos for passports, but the quality was much better! We were also offered new profitable mobile services, which we purchased, and received wireless headphones as a gift!
I had a pretty good experience here. I went for photos for a passport but me and my kid. I didn’t get the name of the man who helped me but he was very kind and quick. I even came back the day after because we were unsure about something and as soon as we walked in he made the adjustment we were out in 1 minute. The work environment seem very calm and all the staff I encountered on my visit seemed happy to be there.
I went here today looking for laptop deals, i had some questions regarding the final price, taxes and if there were any other discount going so i approached a employee asked him this questions and he rudely told me to calculate it yourself and also didn't gave any proper answer and was being mean for without any reason. I didn't got his name coz he wasn't wearing a badge but he was around 5 11 wore specs a bit dark coloured and had light beard. He also at last told me smirking saying you got to spend if you want something good. This was the worst experience by far
Just left Staples Oshawa. Atrocious customer service. Please read.nnI went to this location to make an amazon return since Amazon offers this service via Staples now. I wasn’t sure where to go to begin my return, so I went to the closest desk I could find. I approached a woman named Chelsea, said good morning to her, and asked her how she was doing. Chelsea immediately threw one of her hands up and advised me she was not able to assist me. When I pointed out to Chelsea that she had not even asked me what I needed, she then sighed, smugly smiled at me, and asked me what I needed. I walked away since I was clearly disgusted with this behaviour, and she never even bothered to apologize.nnI approached another associate named Justin and he helped me with my return right away, which is the only reason this review is receiving two stars instead of one. When I explained to Justin what happened with Chelsea, he seemed pretty uninterested in my complaint and just wanted me out the door. I just completed the return and got out of there as quickly as possible.nnBased on previous reviews I’m reading here, the staff need some serious training in customer service etiquette. OR the manager needs to hire staff who are better equipped to speak with the public every day.nnAll in all I will not be returning to this location under any circumstances. I recommend going literally anywhere else.nnEDIT* after reading more reviews, I have decided to change my two star review to one star. This location is a mess.
Went in to collect my online order and was told it was input wrong on my end and would not be ready for that day. The store was particularly busy but my CSR actually took the time to help me transfer my print job, which was 27 pages, download it 500MB file and print it off. Thoroughly satisfied with the your team and how they handled themselves today.
