The line ups to pick up printing are way too long. I made an online order for printing and once it was ready I had to stand in a line up of over 12 people because the lineups are also for people shipping personal packages. There should be a separate area to pick up Staples products as that is their main business.nnI should also add that online it says 1-3 business days but in reality it’s 5-7 and when I called the customer service to get an update I was told I had to call the store. I called no less than 15 times over 3 days and literally no one picks up the phone at the store.nnWill not be ordering print services here again, I’d rather use Walmart or Costco going forward.
A Negative 1000 ReviewnnI am by nature a person who does not normally complain or make a scene however this time I can not let it go.....nnI have never had such a bad experience with a customer service department in my life. I have over 20 years of customer service experience and would never have treated a customer the way I was treated today. When I called the 1-888 number the agent was polite but in no way helpful. I ordered the special Staples was advertising buy one get one for the Timothy's coffee box of 60 coffee pods. No where on the website when I was doing the order on my phone did it say I needed to put in a code to get this offer. When I called all the CSR said was that they only thing I could do was order another box or item and put the code in to get my free item. This is absolutely stupid that I need to order another item and pay even more money...this company is only out to take more money from hard working people. They could see I ordered the boxes but would not send me the 2 free boxes. I had told several of my friends about this great deal but have now contacted them to tell them not order as it is a rip off.nnSo I called the Oshawa Gibb St location to see what I needed to do with returning the 2 boxes...I had to call back 3 times before my call was finally answered as the phone system keep disconnecting me. The person I finally spoke to said there was nothing they could do in store about this..so I asked what I needed to do to return the boxes....they said bring in the order number email when I came in...however since I only got it today I can not return it till tomorrow as there system would not do the return...so once again they are costing me money as I will now be charged interest on my cc for this.nnPlease everyone do not order from Staples Canada...they like to rip people off and will not help you when you call about it...stay away....WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN OR GO TO ONE OF THERE STORES....I give them a 0 stars rating but could not give them that you have to choose at least 1 and they do not even deserve that.....hence the title negative 1000 Review....
I went into this location this morning to get a poster printed and was helped by Maunee. She was so patient & helpful, making sure the poster came out exactly as I wanted it to. Very pleasant visit!! Thank you Maunee, you are amazing :
Excellent customer service by the girl at the FedEx pickup area! She was polite, helpful, and had a great attitude. Made the experience quick and pleasant. Truly deserving of 5 stars!
Used to be a great store. Changes made recently have made it impossible to get printing done or ship/return packages in a timely manner. They no longer accept Amazon drop offs at the cash so you have to line up for those and pretty much everything else at the printing desk and prepare yourself to wait 20-30 minutes. 18 people in line yesterday, 2 employees behind the counter and 4 other staff members just mulling around the store without helping. Disgraceful customer service.
