They're there to make money and with a lot of commission sales if u look like u don't have money the sales people won't look at u---which is what happened to me a couple yrs ago at Sears on Victoria St in Whitby. I went to SC directly after and was greeted and treated with respect by ANDREW. He wasn't concerned with my blue jeans and hoodie, just with serving me. No pressure. Yes SC is pricy, yes I have the stinky pillow---after a week in open air on its own it smelled fine & works fine. U get what u pay for.

I went into sleep country hoping to get a good pillow that would help me have a better sleep . The sales staff treat you like gold that is when the first signal should arise I purchased the polar ice pillow . Took it home it was gaseous had to be out of bag two and a half weeks and still smells OF COURSE THE ONE IN THE STORE DID NOT SMELL.and then comes the big bang IT IS NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.Also now it does not stay cool and I have only had it since November the 9th and now I have a 179 dollar pillow that I got for 129 that I can not use so it is just here would not never shop there again and have told all my friends family and anyone that will listen about their policy I feel the store is a rip off. AND THE PILLOW SUCKS

Great stores with tones of selection, you'll likely find a compromise between your comfort and your wallet. I found the staff lacking in attentiveness, considering my wife and I were the only ones in the store.
