Excellent quality. For the price was promised excellent service. This is a lie. The service once they have your money is an outright disgrace. 3 months and waiting for a replacement peice for something that was damaged in shipping. Not a happy customer.

Love the selection and quality and the sales reps are friendly and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. However, first I ordered a couch that was very late. On another occasion I ordered 2 chairs that came without any legs! When I called the store the lady asked me all kinds of questions about what kind of legs they were, colour, style, info they should know from my order number. Then she told me she found 4 (of 8 I needed) and I could come pick them up. Um no, I already made a trip there once, I shouldn't have to come back again for legs that should have come with the chairs in the first place. They eventually made it right after about 6 phone calls.

Paid almost $5K for Palliser leather love seat & sofa as well as end tables, sofa table and nesting tables. Sofa was delivered with a puncture hole in the leather. Both store and Palliser offer repair only... no replacement. Want to tear the sofa apart & repair in my home.! My home is not a furniture repair workshop. Totally disappointed with customer lack of service from the store as well as the manufacturer. We paid for new. Did not buy used sofa, scratch & dent sofa or reconditioned sofa. Paid for new... expect new. Better warranties are offered on Kijiji. Still waiting for Furniture Galleries or Palliser to do what’s right.
