I am beyond happy with the service from both Pam and Marina. They Both went beyond and above the call of duty to insure everything was perfect with the choice of my entire living room. I had no idea that they would come to my home to measure the room and get a feel for what would be best suited for the space. From helping out with paint- colours, to carpet, to accessories, AND, ME RETURNING to the store several times, they were there for me, always with a warm greeting and big smile. I am thrilled about my living room. I have to say that this experience was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. I never felt pressured, they worked within our budget. When we were searching for a couch we didn't automatically think of going to La-Z-Boy. We came across it almost by accident. We are super happy we did though. We ended up getting a pull out sofa on sale and we are so happy with it! It is super comfy. Not to mention the service at the store was excellent. Honest salespeople who are kind and approachable.

Informative and helpful. Great furniture for all forms of tastes and budgets. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Prices are reasonable during sales.

Went to La-Z-boy looking for a power recliner for my mom. Was greeted by a lovely woman named Gabi when we walked in. She was very kind and helpful right off the bat. Gabi helped my mom find a recliner that was really comfortable and a great size for my mom. Will most likely go to Gabi when I go to get my own recliner. I recommend going to this location as it was a pleasant and quick experience that left us leaving happy.

Like the furniture from this brand. The store is always nice and clean and not busy, of course because the prices but if you compare how much you pay for a cheap sofa and for how long you going to have it would be ok to go first here. Even the staff can help you find something nice and in price.
