I bought a new snow blower from this store couple of years ago thinking it will last at least for 5years.Already It does not start and although I replace spark plug,and I have kept this machine in clean and best condition possible,it is not working and I am very disappointed to see that this item is no longer sold in Lowe's this store.why they sold me a equipment which they did not continue sales and no technical support.

I have been trying to get through to the garden dept. for 20 minutes, have been hung up on twice. (I don't think on purpose.) VERY frustrating. Also, I am not Stephen Dobby. Not sure why his name is on this site. Lillian

Watch out for the save the tax deals if it's a big purchase as they are frequent. A nice store with a good selection of products.

Went to the store to buy a stove 2 weeks before xmas and found 3 associates standing talking telling me they are going home and pointed to another associate on the phone. We went over and she put her hand up and told me 2mins, so I understood she was talking to another customer. So we waited, and waited....10mins. She was talking to a family member about what she was buying her for xmas. Then the other 3 left the floor. My husband and I left then she hung up and came after us....to late your customer service sucks. Dear Manager these people are running your store

Overall I find the staff at this location very helpful. We ordered a product via their installation service here and they were very helpful with information in relation to it. Also have had products delivered from here and yet to have an issue with any of them. A bit pricey compared to Home Depot for some items, but sometimes the quality of selection is better here.
