LongHorn Steakhouse

We have been to this restaurant 5 or 6 times and have had one truly good meal. The steaks are not good quality and once, I had more grizzle on my plate than the amount of meat I actually ate. The staff is friendly but they need better cooks in the kitchen. We will not be going back and, if we receive anymore gift cards to Longhorn... we will give them away.

We go there a few times a year. It's always good. This time, the parking lot was full but we tried it anyway. We were seated right away at a nice booth. We got great service, the food came fast and it was as good as ever.

Server was great that is why I gave the two stars. I am not sure why but the hostess sat every black family in the back of the restaurant. I am VERY I'm happy about this. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant. This was my first and last visit

I love coming to steak houses because there's always that special ambience built into the design elements. You know The Rustic look with brick and wood wood in the fireplaces and the nice Western artwork, and certainly this Steakhouse has all of that. Inside it is very impressive. I've been to this location a few times and I hate to say this but I almost think there's a weird smell coming from the carpet like a mustiness that's probably got to get removed. They always do their best to get you seated right away and the servers I suspect always work at their best capabilities per person. Having been a server professionally, It's always important to make sure that the salt and pepper shakers are not slimy with grease from the previous customers. And what do you think happened to us on every occasion we've been there? But the food here is decent compared to the other steakhouses but not the best. I actually prefer the location near the Galleria Mall a little better than this one.

Excellent, excellent service. We did have a few problems with the food but staff and manager corrected the issues right away. Very pleasant place. Definitely coming back.
