Got seated right away,  then sat for 20mins before a waitress came over to see if we wanted a drink. Finally placed our order, food was below mediocre.  Worst Caesar salad I've ever had. The Music from the "entertainer" was nice but way too loud. We were shouting to hear each other at the table! Not a pleasing dinner experience at all. So disappointed, what a let down on what was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner. I will probably never go back to have dinner there.

I'm staying at the Four Points by Sheraton on a business trip. It's my first night so I tried the hotel restaurant. It was perfect. My waitress, Carly, was amazing and attentive. The food was delicious and filling. I recommend the Pollo Scaloppini Artichoke! It was fantastic. Carly recommended the brownie and ice cream for dessert. What a treat. If you get the chance sit outside on the deck, for an amazing view of the Niagara river. Careful if you have young children, there are no guard rails by the water. An all around fantastic experience. Stop in if you get the chance!

My family and I went for dinner last Friday night. Our experience
 was horrible. Sent our order back 2 times and the kitchen still could not get the order right. The manager on duty tried her best to accommodate us, the poor girl was at almost every table apologizing. Our waitress Stephanie tried her best. They need HELP in that kitchen. We will not be back.Do not recommend this place.

Sat on the patio with a great view of the river and Grand Island Bridges. Frutti di Mare was good overall. The clams were small littlenecks & calamari was a little rubbery. Small selection of craft beers but it's in a hotel lobby, what do you expect.
Came for their Thursday summer all you can eat special but they cancelled due to possible rain. Will have to try again.
