Shamus Restaurant

From the bisque to desert, the food was high quality and reasonably priced. The overall ambiance is very comfortable, yet not overly cozy (cramped) or dark. The newly remodeled bathrooms were beautifully done. Everyone in our party appreciated that the chef uses a lot of fresh, locally sourced products and the service was exceptional. There are vegetarian and vegan options, and accommodations can be made for those with dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for a great dining experience.

This little Irish pub is the best in Lockport. They are good for party's or just normal dinners. The menu changes every month or so, so the variety is always good. They just finished construction of an addition making the dining room more open. Good food. Good staff. They also have very good desserts and house specials if you ask. The owner, Ann personally saw to it that we had a wonderful evening.

We always enjoy eating at Shamus Last night my choice was a disappointment 😪 the shrimp and lobster pie. It was loaded with potatoes. It needed some flavor. I added salt and pepper but it didn't help much. My choice I realize.

This is a gem! Wonderful food and great service. Have been there several times and never been disappointed. If you are looking for great food and drinks, this is the place to go!!

I went to lunch. Wanted scratch soup they do soups that way. The special was short rib pastrami that was also excellent. Also had a Southern Tier winter ale. I recommend that also. No complaints.
