The service I received at Fedacom is unparalleled in any establishment I've ever done business with. They are EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. On more than one occasion they went above and beyond to help me, even though it did not earn them any money. I have been sending all my friends to this store, and I've asked them what they thought. Without exception they were all thrilled. I have bought several laptops through them, as well as a myriad of other computer parts. My only complaint is that the owner won't hire me! I'd love to work there! I give the place 110%.

These guys are awesome - I replied to one of their kijiji ads for a processor, and they took the initiative to make sure what I was buying would fit my motherboard. Very good experience.

Amazing. I while back I bought a keyboard / mouse wireless bundle for 20$ The One I bought didn't work. When I went to the store they gave me a full refund and helped me set up my new to make sure it was in tip top shape (I'm using the keyboard I bought from there to type this up)

I've done a lot of business there. Service is pretty quick. Cheaper than going to a big box store. No unexpected disappointments. I'll be going back for more.
