Initially the guy who greeted me is nice. I went on a Saturday at 2 pm they close at 8 according to the guy. As a customer I want to know what is the time I can expect to pick it up. He said at 7 pm. I left and I never heard from the guy turns out they are closed on Sundays. Monday they called and my husband pickup for me. I realized they didn't put it in the laptop bag and the charger when husband came home. Called them about it and the guy was so rude telling me they didnnt have it I was livid and told him I left it with them then he found it and said pick up by morning. They supposed to open at 10 hubby waited 30 mins for the guy to come to the store. I am not happy with their customer service specially the way the guy talked to me in the phone as if I don't know what I'm talking about. I don't think I'm coming back to that place to sevice my computer. I work in the customer service and I don't treat people this way.

Great experience at this local shop! I had messed my pc up pretty bad- I even ruined the recovery drive. I brought my pc in to them, and the guys had it fixed the very next day. They were both very friendly, and told me that they each have masters degrees in computer science. I was very happy with the service and found the pricing very competitive.

Super friendly, fast service and seems very knowledgeable. Prices were much cheaper for one device and a little lower for the other one that I priced checked at other places. Thanks so much for the great repair service for the iPhone and mini I pad
