Location 4 Saisons

Azure was the worst cottage we've stayed in. The oven was broken, the railings are loose, the mattresses/pillows are all old with loose springs, the downstairs fridge does not get cold, and we had to throw away all of our dry food that was in one of the pantries because rat droppings were found two days into our stay. Two of the bathrooms have sinks that do not drain, just the washing machine takes 2-3 hours to run, the tv only works in 3 rooms, the wifi doesn't work, and the list just goes on. We rented through location 4 saisons and they NEVER responded back to us. It was a horrifying experience.

Beautiful tranquil setting, fantastic location for our family gathering. I highly recommend this place.

Check in was for 3pm. We got there at exactly 3pm and the chalet was so dirty. The cleaning crew hadn't even arrived. Still waiting to hear back from Doug which has not replied to our phone calls and emails. Worst experience ever. This 3 day stay was not cheap. Very overpriced. Pool on location was so dirty. This place is not well kept at all.

Working in the travel industry for a prominent cruise line company, I have certain expectations when it comes to my own getaways. The Chalet Refuge Sur Lac exceeded those expectations. This was my first trip to Mont Tremblant and thanks to Location 4 Saisons it definitely will not be my last. The cottage is in a picturesque setting above the lake - quiet and secluded - that we enjoyed in the evenings from the hot tub on the deck. Inside it was warm, clean and more than comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from any well maintained accommodation. My only complaint was that the weekend had to end.
