Good grocery store for everyday needs. A little hidden away so it is typically less busy, even on peak shopping/weekend hours. This is great as checkout lines are typically short and a parking spots close to the front door are typically available.

I bought some Gouda and it had mold and I couldn’t get my money back! But other than that good prices and nice staff

Some staff are always trying to avoid customers although some are actually great. Occasionally rotten produce often on shelf but not nearly as bad as Ross's Independent in Barrhaven. Notably high prices compared to Metro, FreshCo and Food Basics which are all nearby.

They removed cash at the self checkout and you have to ask for assistance for adding PC points. Kind of takes the convenience out of the self checkout.

Store is very clean and organized, but the cashiers and front staff are as mean as hornets with one notable exception, Anna. Will happily travel to College Square to not have to deal with grumpy cashiers who throw your bags at you and can't even say hi. Not returning.
