Great pharmacy team! Raed and his staff are dedicated to their work and clients. From keeping track of any and all medication to avoiding possible side effects and just taking the time to answer any questions, leaving you feel more empowered and optimistic about your treatment than when you first walked in the door.

I have been VERY impressed with this Pharmacy. The pharmacist Raed & his great Assistant Carina are a great team. What really impressed me is Raed's depth of knowledge, his creative ideas, suggestions to improve my service and sharing of his knowledge on Rx options etc. I was loyal to Bayshore Rx for 8 years & was pleased with them, but I found Ultra Care Pharmacy offered the same great services and because they are so much closer (& therefore accessible) I moved to Ultra Care and I've been blown away. Free delivery, 10% discount and the awesome service won me over. I wish them every success and feel they will become very busy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Raed Darras is the best pharmacist I have ever met! He is knowledgable, empathetic, friendly and kind!! When I recently had to use an antibiotic, he went into great detail about a possible interaction with my regular medication...he made sure I knew how serious it could be before I left. I've never had a pharmacist be so thorough before! He's also got lots of helpful tips! It's nice to have a pharmacist who really cares!!!
