One of the most brightest super market i have visited, very nicely use of colours on the floor makes it a positive vibe. Good variety of products. Only negative is the staff which is not informative about the store nor they give you a welcome filling.

I had a friend pick up some groceries for me due to health issues, and one of the items was a 10-pound bag of Yukon Gold potatoes. I didn’t expect the quality to be so poor—honestly, the entire bag was unusable. The potatoes were dried out, had shriveled skin, roots growing out of them, and many had turned green. I tried to salvage what I could, but ended up throwing most of them away out of sheer frustration.nnAfter the long weekend, I told my friend what happened and he kindly offered to return them—even though it had been about a week. When he went back to the store, customer service refused to issue a refund or replacement, saying it should’ve been returned immediately. I’m sorry, but I’m older and not able to just hop on a bus and spend extra money on transportation when I’m already on a tight budget.nnFrankly, items like that shouldn’t be on the shelf to begin with. This bag looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse for months. I suggest you review your supplier quality and take a look at the returned product—if you haven’t already thrown it out.

Every time I’ve been there in the past 3 weeks which is several, it has smelled like rotting food. Today, every bag of baby carrots had an expiration date of August 12th. I’m just not sure what’s happening there? Why does it smell so bad?

This Loblaws is cheap and discriminatory. There’s a promotion for the first 200 people to get a small gift drink or snack bar and even though there clearly is a stack of these gifts on the customer service counter I saw them turn away multiple people from being given a gift after making purchases. This is at 9-10am. Stating they’re done giving them out for the day when clearly right afterwards they give it to other people. There was no spend limit posted, at best if you’re going to change the rules then post it so people know you’re the cheap store of the franchise. This place is staffed by middle to older aged Karen’s, I wouldn’t give them your business. Much better places around on roncey or just go to the No Frills which has better stock, better produce that isn’t rotting and staff who aren’t clutching their pearls at giving away a free promotion unless you’re a certain type of shopper.

I always have great experiences at this location. Because it's almost Halloween, they sell a lot of super big pumpkins here. Especially if you want to accumulate Optimum points, just buy 10 pumpkins and you will have 2000pts. Not only that, here are super rare promotions if you want to buy candy for Halloween, you only need to pay half of the normal amount and get the same amount of candy. Especially this place sells very delicious cakes, many options. This is always my favorite place when I want to buy cake and bread and other cakes. Finally, here the space is clean, spacious, there are many discount offers.
