They have some items that's hard to find in other stores. Liked their take on roast chicken but seasoning varies, some times well seasoned, other times under. They put their discount products out front but as many comment noted: check the best before date. Service was ok.

The best part of this place is the almost expired stuff they sell on discount out front of the store. Really. Oh, and they sometimes have nice/affordable plants. There stuff is super pricey and no one buys it so they have to discount it before it completely expires. I have gotten some GREAT deals here over the years but I have also gotten stung on the price of some/most of their non sale items. NOT the place to do a weekly shop.

Selling expired products on clearance after thier best before date represents thier commitment to quality and standards. The manager reasurred me that it's a "best before" date and not the bottom line

Canned goods n soft drinks are ok. Stay away from any of the dairy stuff...too often it's stale dated.

Check your receipt after shopping, the cashier added a product that I didn't buy and she was trying to scan products on special offer at regular price....not to mention that 3 items turned out to be expired a few months ago....disgusting!
