Pretty good! Has a lot of food you can't find at shoppers or fruit market which is convenient.. but I only come here if i really can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else in walking distance because of the high prices but they do have good sales that I look out for!

Great selection of frozen foods for your freezer and great prices and better quality food then grocery stores.

M&M is all about good food and good service. Good package handling and freezer operations mean the food is always 'right' - never partial thaw you may get from a name branded grocery. But the SERVICE and friendliness of the staff here is great. First class all the way. Watch the Flyers - these are the great buys
