I echo the thoughts of another recent review in the sense that when I first started working with Heather it was to get fit/lose weight but Heather has helped me with so much more than that. Working with Heather has caused me to change the way I think and has assisted me with all aspects of life.
Livit247- the experience of working with Heather has been life changing I thought I was getting a workout and some suggestions on food/diet and I got a complete mind shift. It was a form of coaching that was therapeutic on so many levels. I have learned and am continuing to learn how many things are connected in my life. Subtle suggestions being integrated in my mind and lifestyle have now become a large part of my life with a deep impact.
I have been working with Heather for about 9 months now and am amazed at the results she's coached me to achieve. When working with her clients, she shares her vast knowledge of fitness, anatomy and personal training in an accepting and non-threatening way. Her tailor-made coaching addresses the right exercises to do along with proper form and technique, but it goes so much further than that. I have learned so much about what to eat, when to eat it and how much to eat to really maximize the benefits of her overall program. Heather has helped me to feel great, get lean and fit and eat right while still enjoying everything I love. I know how much Heather has helped me to meet and exceed my health goals and I can highly recommend her expertise to anyone wanting to feel better about themselves and their well-being.
Heather from Livit 24/7 is amazing at providing fitness and nutritional advise that makes it easy to stick with. I didn't know there was such a thing to have an exercise routine that can target specific areas and convenient to do from your home gym with only a few weights. The recommendations Heather provided me were really easy to incorporate into my daily routine. She even provided me with some exercises I could do when travelling without needing weights or a fitness facility. Heather's nutritional advise is easy and you don't have to be on a diet plan to follow and she makes it simple. In my busy life, both personally and running a business, I need a simple routine for both fitness and nutrition. Heather is my go to when I need assistance to get myself back on track!! Heather has been amazingly helpful and made a big difference in my life. She helped me answer some of the questions that I never asked myself. She helped me stay on track with things I committed to do for myself. Through my interactions with Heather and her program, I have learned a lot about nutrition, exercise and staying motivated and how all of these work together to give us the results we want to see. Heather is an amazing coach as she helps you see you don't need a diet or crazy exercise plan to achieve the desired results you want. She shows you how to eat nutritiously while still eating those forbidden cravings. Heather is attentive to details when working out. She helps sculpt the little muscles as well as the big muscles; taking the time to ensure you get the most out of your workouts. Her programs are well structured, easy to follow and fun. She is patient yet can kick your butt when you need that extra push! Thanks Heather!!
