Shara and her staff are above industry standard in every way. Education, cleanliness and wellness in general. Thought is put into how workouts are done and how it truly helps each person. Highly recommend this gym and any of its trainers. Especially Shara and Brittany

A wonderful gym with non-competitive environment. It is well equipped with friendly and professional staff. My personal trainer, Annie, has been helpful and attentive at every workout; taking notes and changing the workouts. I am seeing improvements in the areas I want and she has provided me homework to improve in between sessions.
