This gym, albeit serving a niche of providing a female-only atmosphere, is not very progressive in their fitness endeavors. Cardio equipment outnumbers squat racks at a ratio of about 50:1, and they have signs up claiming "strong is the new sexy". Also, paying a $25 "facility upgrading fee" for a 2 week trial is just ridiculous.

Clean, open environment. Knowledgeable and non judgmental staff. Very comfortable to freely enjoy a workout.
