The team at Pure Wellness offers professional registered massage therapy, acupuncture, as well as personal training and a variety of small group training classes.

Our team of certified professional trainers works with clients within a wide range of fitness levels, from the beginner to the elite athlete. It’s all about you; creating specialized programs and workouts that align with your personality and help you reach your healthy physiological and biomechanical goals. Kasey is outstanding! Great pressure. Great energy, even if you are her last client of the day. Very experienced, and as a result, she is able to find tightness and deal with it. Kasey is very attentive… always asks what you want her to focus on, and actually does. I highly recommend her!
My 10 yo experienced a great pediatric massage today with Amanda. She was informative & gentle throughout the 45 mins we were there. My child was relaxed and at ease the entire time allowing her to truely benefit from the massage. Thank you Amanda!
I’ve been going to this studio for a few years and I always see the same therapist Brianna who is amazing. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and I really enjoy their new location.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing Paige! I told her a bit about what was going on and she was very helpful and gave me some homework to help worth my chronic pain issues. The massage was catered to what we discussed and it was so refreshing having someone so in tune with the muscles of the human body! I, of course, booked in again to see her as I trust her abilities and I should point out her kindness was immediately what made me feel at ease, which is very important, I feel, when finding a massage therapist!!
I have been looking for a new place to go for massages for a long time and I recently had two appointments, one with Paige and one with Brianna. Both of them were great, very strong hands. I highly recommend seeing either of them :
Elica is an amazing massage therapist, I've been going to her for a while now. I'm active but sit at a desk all day and she is great at working out all the aches and pains. I continued to see her throughout my pregnancies and it really made a difference in my comfort level especially during the last trimester, she was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
I recently moved to the South Side and was on the hunt for a new massage therapist. I came across Elica at Pure Wellness a few months ago and I’m so pleased with the service thus far. She definitely takes the time to listen to my aches and pains and caters to my needs, whether that be pressure or areas to focus on. Thank You Elica for always making my massage experience a relaxing one!
Elica Padovan is amazing!!! She is very good at what she does. She is very accommodating and knows what to do to alleviate my back issues. I've had chronic back pain for years and Elica has been my go to massage therapist.
