I’m not much for gyms and I’m terrible at working out because I never stick to anything! But orange theory I stick too! Ya the one work out that hits all areas and is easy to maintain and show up too. The people working get to know you the more you come and the coaches help you with all your movements and motivation! Honestly worth the money if you put in the time!

I cannot give this incredible studio high enough praise. They have an incredible team of coaches and support staff that have made the space welcoming to all. Unlike some fitness centers that can be intimidating, Orange Theory Riverbend has a warm energy that is so refreshingly sincere. Frankly speaking, it is not the most convenient location for me and yet I am still willing to drive here because I can’t find this equivalent magic anywhere else. Every single coach is so incredible. Tyller is high energy incarnate and has a zest for life that is magnetic! Megan is both a sweetheart and a tough cookie but performs her job with enthusiasm and the highest level of professionalism. Jori is the kindest and most supportive human you will ever meet and Gillian and Alicia are so incredibly passionate and tackle their coaching with humor and integrity. I could genuinely write a little essay on every single one of the coaches and how amazing they are. I was introduced to the studio via Coach Michele. As a testament to how much I love this human, I attend her 6 AM classes despite the fact that I am not a morning person and the absolutely detest her horrific taste in rock and roll music. Michele will push you to do better, to be better, and that kind of support is hard to find anywhere, regardless of the industry. All of these women are so inspiring and wonderful. If you are looking for a sign to try out orange theory fitness then this is it!

I signed up after a friend who was my age 50's recommended it. I instantly loved it. The entire workout is geared to your personal fitness level, and after the first month I went from being completely out of shape post- COVID laziness! to feeling really good. I'm starting to see muscles definition again, and my core is getting back into shape. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up, or I would be intimidated by all the 30 year olds, and neither was true. The trainers are super friendly and have adjusted exercises for all fitness levels. The hour flies by, and I look forward to going every time. If you want a fitness routine you will actually stick with, this is it.

After a 15 year exercise hiatus, I started working out here 8 months ago and I am actually sticking to it! I love how efficient the workouts are - in 1 hour, I complete a full workout that includes cardio and weightlifting. My favorite part is the weightlifting because I just didn't have the knowledge or motivation or confidence to lift on my own. I couldn't do even 1 push-up when I started 8 months ago! The group atmosphere and the encouraging coaches motivate me to work out to a level that I would never do on my own at home or in a gym by myself. The 8:15pm classes fit my busy schedule and I'm so happy I joined the OTF Riverbend studio. The only drawback is the cost - thus 4 stars instead of 5.

I love everything about it, because it WORKS! This is the only fitness regime I've ever stuck to - I love not having to plan my workouts, the trainers, the variety of workouts, and that I don't have to jockey for space like I would have to at a big-box gym. And, the fact that I have to pre-book keeps me accountable. Love it! Thank you OT!

This OTF is the best. Then workouts are unique and challenging and the coaches constantly push you. Everyone knows your name and it truly feels like a community which helps keep you accountable.

Wish I could give negative stars here would give -100 to them. My husband cancelled his membership more a year ago n gave a dr’s note as well that he cannot continue but was forced at the gym to continue on modified exercise n all but he refused and asked to cancel, not knowing that his membership was not cancelled but instead put on hold n now they started charging him again n when he realized and raised a concern they said we need time and today they say ohh the previous manager put ur membership on hold as on the medical that he gave them mentioned that he cannot workout for a year but he went there more than a year ago n cancelled his membership but now he is being charged for something that he did but they didn’t! Such a scam this place is!! Reply :- thanks for ur reply Ms Briana, we don’t remember the name every staff there and it’s been more dn a year there were two people when we went there to get it cancelled and we were asked to put it on hold for a certain time which we refused and requested for the cancellation as per ur mail there is a notice period n all n my husband was supposed to sign a cancellation form but we weren’t given anything at that time so that’s not our fault how would we know what’s the cancellation policy and formalities that’s the staff’s duty and not ours. We are charged around $1200 because an employee of orangetheory dint cancelled the membership and instead put it on hold and that too for a year! Plus every time we come to the gym they are like ohh the manager is not here she is usually here till 12 pm only and the same response when we call.

I've been a member for a year and the staff and coaches have helped me to be physically active. I'm always welcomed warmly by the staff and the coaches and always feel supported

The staff here are great, always friendly and helpful. The coaches take an interest in you and work with you to help you reach your fitness goals.

Awesome atmosphere and very friendly staff. Training are motivating and make you want to come back.
