Lara is awesome. Shes been training me for a couple months now and she really knows how to push you past what you think it possible. Plus shes just a great person to talk with during the workout!
Lara and team are great to work with! Willing to modify when necessary or focus on specific areas. Female trainers seem to take a better overall approach to fitness vs my own caveman ideas of the past. and I now see results Thanks!
The team at 2G Fitness is fantastic. They work with you on what you want to work on and are very supportive. The workout is different every time so it doesn't get stale.
Lara has been personal training for me for years. She really knows how to target specific areas for my body type and push me to the next level. 2G fitness gave me the results I had hoped for and I had fun doing it..Highly recommend these girls!
