Hi all Late review , on a cool Sunday afternoon ,of July near closing , I went purchased bed accessories. I was wowed by the variety they had and almost all on special . My bed cover, decorative king size pillow s and king sizes Egyptian cotton bed sheets , all on special, bought everything here . The service was fantastic, they even help bring my purchases to my car , talk about vip services that's the way to do it . They went above 5 for me Cheers Mike
Don't go there. The wait is atrocious, think 40 min to pass 3 people and they have no managers on the floor. Good luck if you need a refund. They will make you wait the 40 minutes lion an plus hour on the manager that is not at work that day. I would give it a zero if I could. The cashier was a sweetheart though and it wasn't her fault at all
They made me come back twice for a refund and the system is always down. Their computers keep freezing, it is horrendous. The owner needs to address this problem. The poor staff and clients have to deal with this. In total I had to go to 3times before I was refunded. I am personally never going back and the people in the line were saying the same.
This is my third visit to this store at this location and every time I receive incredibly service. I don’t understand why people are nagging in the reviews! Representatives made sure that I got what I need and store manager was there as well. I live in downtown but I prefer going to this store because of the extreme assistance that I receive every time I visit this store. Thank you and please keep up the good work.
Anthony is truly amazing. He provided the best service! Will definitely come back because of this wonderful experience at the store .
I like their stuff and they bring nice brands. however the shop itself I find it overly packed with products and things makes it hard to move or to even see things

Representatives were incredibly disrespectful of personal boundaries, follow you where you go to shop. Even after asking to employee to let me shop in peace, the employee followed me around everywhere. I don't understand why they think this is okay. Couldn't even answer a basic question when I asked and wants to follow me throughout the store....what a joke!
As a person of colour, I suspect that I was racially profiled by this store owner. This was the first time this ever happen to me and so I started recording to validate or invalidate my hypothesis. Please look at the timestamp of these photos of how shockingly frequent I was persued in this store today. This is just what I caught on video but before this she asked me numerous times if I needed help and was continuing to follow me--she made me feel very uneasy as if I should not be there. To ask someone if you need help every two minutes, it felt like she was trying to intimidate me because she thought I was going to steal or something. I was dressed in "lazy attire" as I have been working since 6:30am and rushed to my dentist appointment after work--I really feel as if the way I looked and the fact that I am a visible minority played a role in how I got treated at this store today. This is not the first time this store made me feel like this, the last time I was here last year they were very rude. I asked about this store at the other stores and they told me it was a family owned business. I will be contacting the head office of Linen Chest to send them this video of this lady's reaction when I confronted her. As you can see in the picture I attached, she told me first she was following me because they were closing soon, then she said she wanted to see what I was going to buy...her reason made no sense. I am a landlord for two properties and simply wanted to buy some house decor, I will be boycotting Linen Chest because of this situation today. How despicable.
I love linen chest they have quality products and from time to time good deals. The new staff they're even more friendly they're always willing to help.
