This was the worst experience that we had in Toronto. The receptionists were extremely rude and very unwelcoming. They didn't speak to us or other refugees nicely. As new people to Toronto who don't know the system well we were shocked by the lack of courtesy and respect that the receptionists offered to us and others waiting. If you are going to work with people, especially newcomers you need to learn how to treat people with respect. Also, the receptionists didn't explain much and allowed others who came in after us to go before us. We were frustrated so we left and didn't even see the doctor. This is not a reflection of the doctor because we didn't see the doctor. I think Immigration Canada needs to be aware of this horrible service and we will look for the medical exam elsewhere as a result. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible, rudest receptionists SERIOUSLY Okay, so I got there around 4:10pm which was nearly closing time5pm. I have a shift from the morning in downtown and that was the best time that I could reach there. Also the mobile yellow page said closing time is 7pm so I honest didn't know that it's 5pm actually. There were 2 women receptionists. I was asking one of them that I want to get a medical examination for PR today. After that first thing I heard was 'It's too late right now, u can't get it today! You should come early in the morning!' With a freaking rude tone with their accent which I've never ever expected specially in a clinic and I was freezed, didn't know what else to say. I asked when is the latest time that I can get the examination because I have a morning shift. Now they both keep saying that 'Even you get the examination today but you can't take the X-Ray because they are closing as well! Why don't you ask your boss for a day off? Or Come on Saturday!' Seriously it sounds like they are blaming me because I was late in arrival. At least saying sorry and explain why I can't get examination today would be nice, and I know that's what usual clinics would say in Canada, but this is horrible. They should really know how to talk and treat people. I've sitting for a moment for phone call and I noticed that their attitude was horrible for every walk in patients. They were shouting and talking in rude tone to everyone and I cannot believe this situation. This clinic is not even a worth for 1 star over here. Also check the review below. It's not the issue that I'm having only.

He found my lung tumor and saved my life. Dr & receptionists are all very professional and coordinated. The Dr. is great and is not the kind of person who would be charged of any criminal act. It is unfortunate if his physical examination was misunderstood.

The WORST staff I have ever seen in a clinic in Canada. I don't mind waiting but the reception was yelling at everyone and even being insulting. She was stressed and stressing everyone in the waiting room. She was even rude to families and pregnant women. Reconsider coming to this clinic if you have the choice. It is the most disorganized. I have nothing positive to say about this place.

Dr.Li is an amazing family doctor, very professional. I have been his patient all my life, Very nice respectful and humble man. I 100% recommend anyone that is need of a doctor to go to him. He's the best !!

This Clinic is a joke. Even after making an appointment for a specific time, I showed up to wait another hour seated. You would think the point of making an appointment would be to show up and be attended to. I udnrstand that things happen and Doctor clinics run late but over an hour is just Pathetic. Not to mention the fact that it is a Chinese clinic - I've watched them put their own people before everyone else, even after they showed up later than the people ALREADY waiting. The secretaries are ignorant and don't care, to top it all off the Dr rushes you out and makes you feel like he's too busy to attend to your needs. I switched doctors and don't recommend this walk in clinic to anyone. Beware.

Difficult to understand the ladies at reception heavy accent, they just yell at everything. Don't be lulled in by the easy subway access or walk-in appointment, my wife was there for over 3 hours including the wait at X-Ray at the basement /office nearby. Can't complain about Dr. Li though, wifey spent less than 5-7 minutes with him. He was nothing but professional, if a but hurried. Horrible staff, no systematic process. Only care about $$.

This is the WORST!!! service i have ever received here in Canada! Being a newcomer i had no idea what to expect but i can clearly state that from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor himself very unprofessional,very rude and i would never recommend anyone to that clinic.Immigration Canada should be made aware of the horrible rudeness because refugees and newcomers are looked down upon by the staff at this clinic.

Been my family doctor since day one I landed in Canada 2002. His diagnosis on point.
