Worst medical center. Receptionist always busy in personal talking & enjoying tim horton. I personally called 5 times & multiple time my wife drop message to call back for appointment but no reply. I recommend that don’t come here for making family doctor. Problem is the staff basically. Rude, slow & good for nothing. Doctors showed up late. They want their patients should wait. Appointment of 3pm. But they check you around 5pm. Also everywhere masks are given free. But they charge 1$ for giving mask.

This clinic is ethnic based clinic. They accept clients who speak FAfgani or Pakistani. They do not take new patients, and do not allow walk in patients. As you can see they are squeezed to particular group of people. This not only unacceptable practice, but also not fair.

I wish I could give me them 0 star, the receptionists are the worst, very rude. They way they taking to u like u went their begging them something. In the past 3 months I’m waiting for a referral l, no one called me. When I go visit my family doctor, he says ok I’ll refer u, and u will get a call in a week. It’s been 3 months. It’s not my first time it happens. I get sick and I get well by myself without them even bother themselves. I call to book an appointment the receptionist never bother themselves to call back. I don’t know why they don’t change them. For the past 6 years I see these rude and useless receptionist, who getting paid for nothing. I hope they start helping people.

Visited with appointment for Abdominal Ultrasound. Checked in at 11:50am for 12:00pm appointment. Got into the room at 12:05pm and was done by 12:25pm. Overall good and on-time experience. Waiting room is small 3 chairs and place is clean. The good thing about this place is I got the appointment for the next day while all othet places were booked for a month.

The reception of clinic is worst- they don’t listen to you- they cut your conversation and say we are not talking to them politely. The only reason I am with this clinic is because of my family doctor. Receptionists needs to learn client courtesy.

Went in because the website said it was a walk in clinic. I called to confirm twice and no once answered. When I got there I was informed they are NOT a walk in clinic even though the website says it is

I booked my appointment on May 22, 2021 for my family doctor. The call taker booked appointment for June 01, 2021. On my appointment day I waited for call from Dr. clinic but no call was received. I contacted to clinic, call taker told that there was no appointment was booked. I waited for more than 2 weeks to speak with my family doctor and I had this bad experience. This clinic is bad. The staff is not helpful and unprofessional treatment. Always busy on phone and no response is received. I will highly not recommend this medical center. It has a really worse customer service.

Called a week or two ago when they were taking new patients, then followed up again, and still never heard back. Until today when they are full. Thanks for nothing!

Horrible service - for Dr Lipsons team. Dad was suppose to see Dr Lipson in May, but their address on Google still says 760 Birchmount instead of East York Medical Centre. Once we got there people around said they've moved at least half a year already. I mean care to update your address then? Then we were scheduled for May on the monday of the long weekend. My brother had to call back and ask about it, with them finally realizing oh we are so sorry. Let's reschedule. Day of the appointment at East York, what can I expect from their unprofessional team. Appointment was for 12pm, it was 12:30pm, there's no one in the waiting from the whole time but me and my dad. Had to ask the secretary at the front for her to tell me Dr.Lipson isn't in til 1pm. So not sure why they would schedule in. Then to explain that Dr.Lipson is just renting out their space so he's not a doctor here. I would need to talk to his staff about the schedule problem. Didn't get to see him til like 1:15pm. Me and my dad was going to leave but we live in Scarborough so might as well wait a little longer

Some doctors are good and some bad. Dr. Jamal has been my GP for over a decade. He is an excellent doctor and keeps up to date on all new developments in medicine. He also prescribes drugs only when necessary. Staff is ok but they don't pick up the phone and wait times are long without an appointment.
