This set up says it all when it comes to patients care and respect, they force all patient to wait at one spot which is not compliant with the health protocols, and setting chairs around the reception which is offensive and with 0 repect to patients when they check in, this is a aet up for prison. The receptionist is indeed rude and unprofessional, save yourself a day and STAY away from this clinic
Not even worth 1 star! Receptionist extremely rude, not sure why she is allowed to work there. This is not just a one off but I've spoken to her more than once. Very impatient, dismissive, condescending, rude...will not let you speak, cuts you off mid sentence and will talk over you. My mom is 86 years old and got so upset talking to her with the lack of respect!! Can't say how good of a doctor Dr. Raymond Ng, he didn't provide us with much information on diagnosis but after the experiences with the receptionist we won't even bother returning to him. Talking to her is like having an argument every time. For anyone working in the medical field regardless if they are front line staff or medical professionals i would assume you would need to have a level of professionalism and compassion as you are dealing with people that are unwell. Some work needs to be done on hiring practice.
Terrible receptionist. Extremely rude and dismissive, and completely lacking any sort of professionalism. We also experienced a significant delay in receiving our biopsy results - it took them almost 3 weeks to send it to our specialist. However, when we looked at the report itself, it was dated 2 days after the biopsy was done. Why they needed to wait another 2 and a half weeks to send it through is beyond me - perhaps they are extremely busy but it was much longer than any timelines you see online for medical reporting in Ontario avg 3-5 days. Avoid if possible - the delays and neglect could keep you from receiving critical medical attention in a timely manner.
Worst experience with a doctor in my life! Completely rushes you out of your appointment, barely spends two minutes with you, doesn’t answer any questions and said nothing was wrong even though he barely looked at me or listened to my symptoms. Also basically told me to suffer in pain as he wasn’t gonna “investigate” until I’ve had my symptoms for 3 months. Got a second opinion and found the problem within a matter of seconds! Reception and hearing test tech were very nice but AVOID Dr. Ng at all costs!!
I don't understand why some many reviews said the doctor or the receptionist were not good. I went there yesterday and they were doing great job. Waiting time was only 10 minutes. Dr. NG listened very carefully about my past surgery history and did good check on my ear. The lady working in the hearing test room was patient and warm. Normally I don't spend time writing a google review, but I believe Dr. NG and his clinic deserve a 5-star review.
Dr Ng is the best. I have been his patient for years. He preformed my UPPP and did a great job. He is intelligent, kind, caring, funny and straightforward. He will tell you straight up, never beats around the bush and will explain your issues. That is exactly what you want in a specialist? I have referred many people to him.
Don't come to this place!! Had my septoplasty done to correct my breathing problem. On my first visit, he never explained the details on how the surgery would help me and like any other surgery's risks involved. Worst of all no one ever told me that the surgery would change the shape of my nose!! I hate the look of my nose and it had deprived the quality of my life. And worstof all I have empty nose symptoms from the surgery which causes my sleeping problem now.
Doctor is professional. Staff are rude: All staff do is keep you waiting and make you buy drugs across their clinic which over charge. They get their cut on the drug i guess. Overall you still should consider this clinic because Ng is a good doctor. Surgery is most important part here right?
I don't know where to begin with Dr. Ng. We waited over an hour for him, and he only spent no more than 5 min with my mom. He was rude and he rushed us out of his office by asking us to follow him to show us additional information, but instead he just quickly handed us over to the receptionist to finish the paperwork. We left with more questions than answers. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is that the head receptionist/office manager knew what Dr. Ng did, and she was apologetic about what happened. Unfortunately he is a specialist, he is often referred by family doctors in the area... Most people like ourselves would never know rude and unprofessional he is until it's too late.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Clearly this clinic, both the receptionists and the doctors, have no sense of empathy despite being in HEALTH CARE and we are all just OHIP $$ to them. - Condescending receptionist the young one with a superiority complex to elders. Speaks too fast and says "Like I just said ..." when asked clarifying questions. - Waited 4 months to book an appointment and waited 1 hour past my appointment time to spend 2 minutes with Dr. Raymond Ng. Got diagnosed by his assistant is that even allowed? and the doctor just zoomed in and zoomed out.
