8 years ago I was shocked to discover basel cell carcinoma in lower right eyelid which would requie difficult to repair cosmetic surgery. I insisted on seeing busy Dr. Ing who was excellent.
Receptionist and staff are extremely rude and don't know what they're doing. It takes years to get a referral to even see this guy. Get a referral somewhere else and get a CPSO complaint ready if you attend here.
I don't wanna go due to the receptionist. She is so rude.
The receptionist is extremely rude and should be let go.
Amazing staff and Dr Ing has such a good bed side manner, explains everything, very thorough. He actually makes your appointment enjoyable fantastic personality and so up to date and knowledgeable in his profession.
Very good very kind gentel great staff... only bad thing about this office is it's very small and appointments are so backed up because he is always swamped
