El Masri William Dr

Brought my 3 year old to see Dr masri and on the initial visit everything was great however, from that point on everything went downhill fast. We have tried for months days and days on end multiple times a day to book the followup appointment and we never get through to anyone as Nobody ever picks up. The voice-mail is always full and it has been impossible to get her in to see him. There has been zero follow up with him and his staff and I just don't understand how you can ignore phone calls all day every day. We have given up and asking our family doctor to refer us to someone else who will actually be helpful. I would avoid wasting your time here. Dr masri himself was great but the overall experience/staff is just non existent.

I have no doubt Dr El Masri is a good doctor but the way his office is run is absolutely abysmal and completely disrespectful to his patients. What's the point of making an appointment only to get there and be told there's an up to 2 hour wait which, I've learned, is a routine occurrence at this office. If the doctor needs to call you with test results he'll do so from an unlisted number at a random time on the weekend and if you miss the call, trying to speak to him again is almost impossible, without having to make another appointment which is a huge hassle in itself - you can't even leave a vm the majority of the time as their mailbox is full. I'm beginning to think they just wear you down until you go away. As I said, Dr El Masri is wonderful, and I have nothing bad to say about the front desk staff but that just doesn't make up for the hassle you have to go through. And my health issue hasn't been resolved and as I can't seem to contact them to get another appointment, will likely not be - at least, not with Dr El Masri. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

Gutted. Made the appointment to finally unblock my nose from this huge polyp and when I get there there are about 30 people waiting at the same time. Patients standing and waiting. This screams Greed if I ever did see it. I just left without seeing him as I didn't have 3 hours to sit there and wait without any warning. Especially when 3 men were literally staring at me a woman every second felt like torture.

Dr El Masri literally saved my life 10 years ago and I will always be grateful. I went to emergency at Michael Garron was East York General at that time with a terrible ear infection that I had been seeing another specialist for. The pain was excruciating and after pain meds and a CT scan, Dr El Masri rushed in on his holiday it was Easter to treat me. Apparently the infection has spread to the bone behind my ear and was less that 1mm from my brain. He stayed to monitor me for 2 days and treated me in hospital for 5 days. He then had to do surgery on my eardrum to repair the rupture. I’m a Sound Editor and my job and livelihood depend on my hearing. The chances of my hearing going back to normal were 50/50. Dr El Masri patched the hole and I have 100% of my hearing! I see him once a year for follow ups. I am willing to wait the brutal office wait times for this man. He cared for me so well. I will always have a spot in my heart for him.

They called me today to schedule a follow up appointment, I missed the call. I've been trying all day to reach the office for a date to reschedule, no one picks up, I can't leave a message. How is it possible that this office is run this bad.

WORST DOCTOR IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! 2 MONTHS AFTER MY MRI, HE CALLED ME AND LITERALLY SAID "THERE IS NOTHING SERIOUS, HAPPY NEW YEAR". I have been suffering from Vertigo and tinnitus for the past 5 years and he did not even give me any solution. Now I cannot reach him for months!

Unfortunately, there is not enough room to detail my experience with this doctor's office. Needless to say, this is the most unprofessional, unorganized and unfeeling business that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Due to my arduous and frustrating experience, I will be filing a complaint against Dr. El-Masri and his office with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. I would strongly encourage anyone who has experienced similarly poor service from the doctor and/or his staff to do the same. It may be the only way that he will learn that patients are people and not things that he may disrespect and use as money-making devices.

This is the WORST clinic I have ever been to. Drove an hour to get here on time, and was forced to wait almost 3 hours in the waiting room, EVEN THOUGH I CAME HERE ON MY APPOINTMENT TIME. WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT AT 11 AM AND FORCE ME TO WAIT UNTIL 2PM? And the doctor El Masri did absolutely NOTHING. He lied about my deviated septum and said I didn’t have one. Even though I went to another high rated doctor that confirmed I DID have a deviated septum. He should have his license suspended.

Very thorough. Doctor is very kind. He helps you understand your situation clearly. He’s the best! Yes long wait but worth it!!

I had a small operation on my nose couple of months ago. This Dr. is very over booked and for any appointment in the office, there is about 2 hours waiting time. The old white receptionist is very rude. The Dr. has a very poor communication with patients. On the day of operation, every surgeon gave a report of operation to patients companies and he was absent! On my follow up, 2 days after operation, he kept me waiting 3 hours in hospital ,while I was dizzy and sore and severe headache with huge bandage on my face. Very unprofessional communication.I already decided not to see him for 3 months follow up appointment.
