This past weekend I stopped in to Leon's with a family member, In search of a new Bedroom set, and Patio set.nnWith our luck, after returning to this store twice, we were able to purchase the items that we had chosen.nnIt was a little confusing at first, but we made it work out in the end.

From the call I made to inquire about an earlier delivery date, to meeting the sales rep and them fitting my order in sooner- all transactions were exceptional. Bill appliance sales rep had my order ready when I arrived at the store, the delivery team carried the appliances, no scratching on the floors. 5 stars!! Awesome experience! Appreciate the no stress involvement. Thank you Leon's West End, BILL all your efforts were extremely above and beyond and the Delivery Team!

Wow best service I’ve ever had when purchasing furniture. Delivery guys were super kind and put my sofa together for me even though I was prepared to do it myself. They didn’t have to and I was so upset I didn’t have cash for a tip but they were so gracious about it. Very fast, professional and there was excellent communication before and up to delivery. Will absolutely be ordering any future furniture here. Thank you!

Leon's exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and guided me through their vast selection of quality furniture. The customer service was exceptional, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The delivery process was seamless, and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Leon's for anyone in search of top-notch furniture and outstanding service!

Update....nUnfortunately, I need to give more realistic update on Leon sales. Hayyan did not pay attention to details. He did not inform us installation and delivery will be by diffent companies and different timing. He and the office manager called us upon dining table availability to be shipped to home. No one told us it will stay in packages for a week filling the dinning room till other third party low quality installation company will come and do installation. When I asked for clarification, they told us this ia the company policy. Not fair at all. I should have paid more $ and avoid this whole miss and keep with Upper room and other repected professional furniture stores in Ottawa. I am really sad, that sales still have the mentality to hit and run and not being keen to keep customer loyal for future sales trasactions.nI. Still struggling now with Leon customer service to compensate for the damage caused by TGS installation. Forget bout the unconvince leaving very large cartoon as is in my dining room. The TGS installation company did not bother to put a protection pad underneath the chair or even ask us for them I have them handy.nDamage happeneded, I dont anymore trust Leon sales, customer service.nnPls avoid them. I dont have any inteest in any other furniture companies. I am just sharing the bery bad experience I went through last few weeks ‍nnI had a bad experience with installation of my Dinning table this week with TGS installations. It was not my choice, I blame Leon furniture in the first place for contracting non professional company, Only one person is sent to the installation dining table after Leon left the packages for the whole week another miss up coordinator from Leon side delivery has to finish then start coordinating appointment for installation.nThe dining table was installed but unhappily, a loop of scratches in hardwood left the room floor damaged. I sent pictures of damage to Leon to send to TGS and TGS simply blamed the customer me as scratches were before the installation. I asked for proof but TGS did not provide any and will not as they would blame the customer. Very cheap attitude.nnMy advice, if you have stuck with Leon, make sure they don't send TGS for installation. Better to avoid Leon and pay a little premium and enjoy first class delivery and installation from Upper Room/Lazyboy.nnWanted to share with everyone to help avoid the hedic of back and forth between Leon and TGS installation folks. We are really sad with a bad experience to welcome the 5k dining tablenn...............nOld feedback:nGreat service from Hayan. He went above and beyond to help us get the right options for us.
