What an amazing store! It's so huge! We wanted to just look around and didn't need anything but we ended up purchasing over $200 of gadgets, glasses, and lighting, probably not uncommon.nThe restaurant has excellent deals on food, quite inexpensive too. The checkout is fast. Tons of free parking. What more could you ask for?

Seen a sea of super furnishings store here in Ottawa. Very impressive and impressed. Spell bound. Each floor is megastore. Each floor with eatery. So there is arrangement for refreshing with variety of dishes. No body missing to test the taste of food items. Enjoyed the evening hours here with astonishment.

I bought my kids’ bedroom furniture at IKEA and had a really good experience. I love how you can walk through the upper showroom level first. it’s nice seeing all the rooms set up so you can get ideas and compare styles. Then you head down to the lower level where you actually shop, which makes everything feel organized and easy to follow.nnI also like that IKEA gives you options at checkout. You can use the self‑serve cash and pick your big items yourself, or you can go to a regular cash with an employee. If you choose the staffed checkout, you just go to the pickup area on the left side and someone brings your items out for you. Super convenient.nnThe staff were very nice and helpful the whole time, which made the whole trip even better. Overall, a great experience

The location is perfect. Inside, it is exactly what you expect from any other IKEA store—nothing out of the ordinary to report. Just a heads up for anyone visiting soon: there is currently some construction going on around the outside of the building.
