Lelux Hotel

I love the hotel but the kitchen manager lacks professionalism and respect . She charges people for food they didn't eat and she's always using bad language . I recommend the hotel but I don't recommend wasting your time dealing with a rude kitchen manager. The other server made sure everything was fine and she was very politely and fulfilled everything that i needed.

Rooms are great. Beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly. My only complaints are that 1, the internet is a little slow. And 2, there is no in-room fridge or microwave. But other than that, it's a great hotel. I recommend staying here if visiting from out of town.

The room is Okay. But the Wi-fi internet hardly work. And it's not fixed after we call the front desk. Think twice if you got limited data plan and need to use internet.

Location good. $25/ day for parking is excessive. Even cheap hotels can somehow manage to put together coffee, but here it's $3... Breakfast buffet that would be included at a basic hotel (cereal dispensers and prepackaged muffins) is $15? Good thing that there are so many good breakfast places around...... And WiFi totally sucked... Couldn't reliably send emails or texts....

Bed bugs, poor service, prositutes come here, no fridge in the hotel, housekeeping are stingy with towels its just horrible
