Hôtel Faubourg Montréal

Great hotel. The staff is very helpful in all situations (including when our door stopped reading our key cards, had it fixed in about 5 minutes). The location is great and just a short walk from just about anything you want to do in the city and if it is just out of walking distance public transit is readily available. Free breakfast is available each morning which is great if you don’t have time to get to a breakfast spot. The ability to be able to park and not worry about our car is also a great perk. The rooms are very spacious. Furniture is clean and comfortable. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star rating is the bathroom. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and the bathrooms always feel as if they could use a little upkeep and care.

My party of 14 had an amazing 3 night stay at Hotel Faubourg. The front desk was very accommodating and was willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had. The hotel is in a great location, steps away from Chinatown, various major streets, and a number of metro stations so travel was a breeze. Our rooms were extremely spacious, some having enough to be able do cart wheels in, even. They also had kitchenettes with fridges which were very useful. One other thing that really impressed me was the amount of outlets in each room. One of my biggest pet peeves when traveling (especially with lots of people) is a severe lack of outlets. It's awful having to charge two devices at a time when sharing a room with three others. The room I stayed in particularly had plenty, and even had a dock on the night stand for multiple phones. All those things considered, along with free breakfast (with hot items !) Hotel Faubourg will absolutely be my go to hotel whenever visiting Montreal.

Nice place if you’re passing through the city/traveling for business! I stayed here for a nearby conference- my room was nice, clean, spacious- but smaller than what I booked and didn’t have a balcony that was also stated in the booking. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the gym had a decent variety of equipment. All in all very reasonable and nice. Wouldn’t mind staying here again!

Great hotel. The suites are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. Ours had a kitchenette (I think they all do), with a sink, multiple cabinets, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge. We only stayed 2 nights, but I can see how it would be a great place to stay for longer terms. It's located less than 1km from Old Montreal, and really close to rue Ste. Catherine. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back.

Great location: walking distance to old Montreal, Chinatown. Very spacious and clean room. I also like that one has to swipe key card to take elevator to levels other than the lobby; good security design. Underground parking cost 25CAD+tax; a must in Winter though. Complimentary breakfast is very good, too; good variety and quality.
