Legacy Financial Services were recommended to me and we used their services to remortgage. James is extremely helpful in the whole process and puts you at ease. It can be a little daunting with everything being online, online signatures and documentation and at one point I felt a little overwhelmed. James was like a knight in shining armour! He booked an urgent appointment to visit us at home and helped us to find our way through the documentation to ensure the process was not slowed by my faffing! If you ever need a Financial or Mortgage Advisor, don’t hesitate to use Legacy. These guys are like a comfortable pair of slippers and you feel safe with them having your back. George sorted my health insurance for me last week. He explained why he was doing everything and tailored the policy to me. I’d spoken to other advisors previously who seemed like they were only interested in what they could get me to take out. That wasn’t the case with George, it was really personal to my situation.
Recently got injury protection cover from Legacy Financial Ltd and the service from the beginning to end was second to none. Harry was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the process in finding me cover that suited my needs the best. Wouldn’t look anywhere else for these services.
