Beau Murray - State Farm Insurance Agent

Everyone needs Beau Murray from State Farm as their insurance agent. He is top notch in customer service and expertise. Despite the (probably) hundreds of clients, and the fact that I almost never have to contact him, he still always remembers specifics about me, my family, and my situation. I never have to re-explain anything I tell him. He knows exactly what products State Farm offers and how best they can apply to me. Beau is very clear with all explanations and ensures understanding of anything he covers with you. And most importantly, when it comes to insurance, you need a great claims experience. State Farm brings you that (I've had to go through 3 claims with them), and Beau Murray makes sure you have the right coverage so you can be sure you're taken care of in the event of a loss. Hands down, I grade Beau Murray and State Farm both an A+.

Beau has been my agent for over 5 years now! Anytime I have a question he is right on it. His office staff is helpful and friendly as well. A couple of years back my primary residence was improperly included into a FEMA flood zone. My premiums would have skyrocketed, but Beau made the necessary calls to get it fixed with FEMA. And I know trying to get in contact with the right person with FEMA was difficult. We moved out of Idaho but have kept the policies that we could with him. He is also very savvy with the State Farm Pocket Agent App and helped me become very proficient. Thanks Beau!

Beau Murray is an insurance agent without equal. He provides excellent customer service and can't do enough to help his clients not only above and beyond the normal call of duty but in a very prompt, quick and efficient manner. I can not imagine myself needing and getting ANY type of insurance without Beau's help. He's simply the go-to man and I hope State Farm recognizes the jewel they have in Beau representing them. I was new to Idaho and did not know one insurance agent from another but I found Beau and what a find!!! What a find indeed.

I honestly can't say how awesome our experience is with Beau Murray. We have had a few things come up lately where it is really nice to have a good neighbor. State Farm has been awesome and they take excellent care of us. I highly recommend State Farm and Beau Murray!!
