Everyone is very upbeat & friendly; they acknowledge you as soon as they see you walk in. The branch employees are very helpful...my experiences at this U.S. Bank have all been positive. Why only 4 stars? Because the branch closed for a day or two due to slick roads. I understand & respect not wanting to have your employees commute a long distance. Unfortunately, the rest of the world was still conducting business as usual...so in turn, the customers had to commute a further distance to a branch that was open.

Great customer service and the staff is always very helpful. Today is the second time the Karcher mall branch has annoyed me to the point where I want to close my 20+ year account. Thanks for being awesome downtown people!
