This is the worst bank I have ever had. Even when I came in to CLOSE my account, the bank manager was rude and said nothing when I told her why. The bank is headquartered in Colorado and I dont believe they monitor anything going on in Idaho with their employees. There is only one branch open on Saturdays in Nampa and the lines are unreal because they usually only have one teller working. Sometimes there are new tellers there every single week due to high staff turnover. Also, when you make deposits this bank holds your money for much longer than other banks. Even if you called the bank president I doubt they would care. I highly recommend you avoid this bank.

My Silver Savings account was changed without my knowledge to a "Gold" account which requires a minimum balance of $30K to waive an $18 per month service charge. I discontinued the paper statement each month because of a $3 service charge for that. I have never deposited more than $10K in the savings and would never ask for a Gold account. I rarely take money out of the account and rarely deposit money in savings. I happened to look at the account online because of an issue with my checking account. I discovered that the bank has been charging $18 per month since Aug of last year . They refuse to adjust the service charges. I am closing all of my accounts with Key Bank. I would NOT recommend this bank to any one. They do not listen. They do not care about their customers. I would recommend Bank of the West or Wells Fargo over Key Bank. They really do not deserve even one star.

Very slow and always trying to upsell me something while I'm in there for work. Most of the time it takes me over 10 minutes for a simple transaction when I am the only customer in the bank.

I actually liked the rewards program and free checks that came with our account, but there customer service is TERRIBLE. I had many issues with fees that were not supposed to come out because we meet the requirements for the fee to be waived. I also had an issue with them that I was told for many months they would resolve. Months later they let me know they can't actually resolve the issue. I get that they couldn't but they shouldn't have kept saying they were going to and never doing anything and now 4 months later they tell me they actually can't do anything. I had to keep calling them and would rarely ever get calls back.

Terrible!!! They don't care about the customer AT ALL. My boyfriend accidentally left my debit card in the ATM so immediately I called to see if it got sucked into the machine. I was told that they were going to check and call back. 3 hours later: calling the line over and over to only get the voicemail. 4 hours later: called again and finally got her back on the phone. She promised she would call before close. She even asked for my phone number again (guess she didnt write it down before). It is now 6pm and they are closed, no call back....nothing. So now I have to call the general support hotline and cancel my card. I'm canceling my whole account while I am at it. NEVER BANK WITH KEY.
