Chase Bank

Absolute worst bank I've ever been to. If I could give negative stars I would! Opened an account here last week. I asked the banker if I mobile deposit my check if it'll be available the next day, I was told yes. I was paid Friday morning, mobile deposited before noon. Waited till Saturday to pay bills and go grocery shopping and noticed my check hadn't gone thru. I called customer service and they put a hold on my check for 2 weeks. (They have to make sure I didn't already cash the check) I told them how am I supposed to pay bills or eat and all they could say is "Sorry for the inconvenience" I've been at my job for 3yrs never had a problem with cashing checks till I came to chase bank. So now I have to ask my work to void the check and give me another so I have money to pay for things. I will be closing this account as soon as I can.

Awful teller experience. I went into discuss my concerns and ask questions about possible fraud issue since I was uneducated. First she showed no care for the customer and clearly ignored how I felt and on top gave me the WRONG information. Resulting in 1800 fraud on my accounts. Lost any and all trust I had in the bank. The first thing a teller should do is educate their customer especially if they’re coming with direct questions and concerns. If my questions would’ve been answered in the first place and my concern actually addressed by the teller I would’ve never fell for a fraud scam if they would’ve just helped educate me especially since I was asking directly for that education. You guys need to learn to train your tellers and to make a customer the number one priority

Friendly staff. Banker stayed late after closing to take care of us.

Located inside the Fred Meyer. I actually like banking with Chase. Wish there were more locations around.
