HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went shopping for my son's graduation and asked the lady if they carried anything in his size. Right away she said no we don't have anything without even looking around. She said we have to try elsewhere. Sad thing, I went to the square one location and the gentlemen there helped me find exactly what my son was looking for...vest and dress pants. Definitely recommend square one location!

These guys do not take back their items. Only exchange or store credit. I bought a coat for my son (400 CAD). He was not with me that day, he was extremely busy. So I made decision by myself but my son did not like it. When I brought it back they did not want to give my money back. They gave me receipt with store credit on it (NOT a plastic card), and BELIEVE ME OR NOT receipt has expiry in 6 month. So if I would not find something interesting in this store I will lose my 400 dollars. It is illegal. And to addition to this I can not use these money in their Outlet stores.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will not let you return anything... they do not tell you at the time of purchase but you can NOT get your money back.. EVER! They will give you a credit note that expires in 6 months... BEWARE!!!
