Aritzia

Based on some of these reviews, "you just can't win". Some people complain that they are being harassed some people complain that not a single person has helped them. Depends what type of shopper you are. I generally don't like to be bothered but when an employee asks me if I've been helped I just kindly respond with something like "I'm just browsing thanks!". Remember that these people are employees doing their jobs and they all might have a different approach. I have been coming to this Aritzia for years and I have never had one bad thing to say about this location! Employees have always been very friendly. Would come to this location over any other.

This store was one of my go to places at Sherway but of lately they're is never enough staff on the floor to help customers. When calling the store the line is always busy and is impossible to reach a sales associate. Sale items are not kept in store and only accessible online. Poor customer service overall!

I have always has the best experience shopping in this location as well as the Eaton Centre. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Used to love this store before their staff became commission vultures. I was in aritzia today and picked up a sweater that I was only thinking about buying while I walked around the store. I was asked 8 times if they could put it in a fitting room for me and I had to tell them 8 times that I was fine and didn't need to try it on. Which they then insisted on putting the sweater at the cash for me while I continued to shop. Apparently you're not allowed to hold any clothing in your hands while you walk around the store without being harassed. Makes me not want to shop here anymore or only shop online. Also none of their fitting rooms have mirrors in them. You have to walk out in front of everyone to see what an item looks like on yourself so the staff can pressure you into buying it. Very awkward if you're trying on a bodysuit or bralette. Had to use my cellphone camera to see what they looked like on me because I wasn't comfortable walking out in front everyone.

I tried to call Aritzia in Sherway Gardens on multiple occasions, and they are impossible to get a hold of !!! So frustrating !!!
