I would rated it no star if I could! Very poor customer service!! They would not let me do a one-time price adjustment. The way how the store manager explained it doesn't make any sense and her attitude is rude. She makes it sound like the store will lose money if she adjust the price to "today's retail price". Never come back!!!!

The manager was great but I'd been given poor advice over their customer service line so it was a completely wasted trip to exchange a pair of faulty jeans.

While looking up the phone number of this store I noticed the one star rating and wondered if the service could really be that bad, as banana stores are typically quite customer service oriented. Well the answer is YES. I was calling to simply get a price on an item and I had the sku so this should have taken 30 seconds. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and counting before the battery on my phone died. When I called back I asked to speak to a manager, the person ask me to hold for a manager but then 2 seconds later came back and said she was actually a manager. She said her name was Eilleen. I told her my experience and that I had been on hold for 20 minutes and her only unapologetic response was "they are really busy at the front right now" . This is ridiculous and idiotic as any store that is to busy to assist will simply take down your name and phone number and call you back. Eilleen also laughably told me that i can look up prices on-line. First of all, the item may not even be available on line - therefore no price. More importantly, on-line prices are NOT the same as store prices. Pathetic customer service. This store could not be any less helpful and time consuming for such a simple question. (Ironically i needed to get the price of this item to send someone in to pick it up for me as i was too tight on time to go in myself. Now thanks to this onerous ordeal, it has cost me more time than i was trying to save)

Terrible experience. I was quoted a discounted price by an associate for an item, only to find out that the associate at the register could not ring it in at that price. Eventhough the initial associate verified that she was in the wrong the manager took a look at me (I am a person of colour) and said nothing can be done. I am not one to play the discrimination card easily but here I felt wronged and had to speak out. I am sure were it someone who looked different they would honour the price that was mistakenly quoted.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was never been greeted/acknowledged with my presence nor anyone offered assistance from the floor. The staff are SNOOTY!
