So awful but they redeemed themselves later in the week! We booked multiple vans to transport schools children from the hotel to a school on three different days. When the vans weren't available in the morning, they didn't send any cars instead. So our students were up to two hours late for the event. One cab driver was so reckless the kids were scared as he was excessively speeding and going through stop signs. Another one had issues with his card machine, but blamed my card, however, I just used it two minutes before to pay for another taxi. Some drivers refused to take 4 kids, so then they nicely increased the number of cars we needed instead of the amount we were quoted for. Also, this company doesn't take any other form of group payment in advance, so then as I was the one paying for it, I had to race to the location they were headed and pay each cab individually. I fully support unionized employees, but save yourself the headache and just go with an Uber... Way better customer service!!! :

Very professional service, this company is well organized... Never waited more than 5 minutes and they where at my front door... The cars are clean... Instead of just taking the long way, drivers always ask wich road you prefere to take to get to your destination. ..

Agreed that Montreal had snow storm that day. Called twice and, no way to talk to a real person. Recorder wouldn't get my address properly. So in the end, I cancelled the call.

They were unprofessional and demanded the money upfront without putting on a meter and rudely kicked me out at 12am As a 24 year old young lady in lachine area. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IF YOURE A YOUNG WOMAN TRAVELLING AT NIGHT

Can not understand why they got rid of the dispatchers. Their voice recognition software did not work, it kept saying they couldn't find where I lived. Terrible experience.

Driver did not have a GPS and was not following instructions so missing turns..

Terable call service .Goes straight to a voice recording that asks you to say the address but it never understands you .Honestly they should fix it

Worst service ever . Wait over 40 minutes for a taxi . They never have any drivers .

Great service, I called, taxi arrived less then 3 minutes, taxi driver was kind and professional and we had a nice conversation and Lachine Taxi Inc. Followed all the Covid 19 rules and regulations, when I left the taxi, the driver immediately disinfected what surface I touched for his next customer. I would recommend Taxi Lachine Inc. to everyone!
