We were very impressed with the sales person. She was very helpful and informed. She left us time to talk, to try the recliners and never pressed us. She was attentive and quickly arranged the sales once we decided and took precautions regarding COVID.

Went and picked up my Konto order here, the staff where friendly and welcoming, there was a mix up with the furniture I recieved but one phone call and it was sorted out, setup and delivered the same day. Great customer service!

My experience with Sofa Land has been great from the get go. My wife and I bought the Zeus sectional a few years ago and has been exactly what our family was needing. Fast forward 3 years and one of the pieces needed servicing. Luckily, my good neighbor works for Sofa Land, and after explaining the issue I was having, two technicians came by to pick up my corner piece for servicing, the next day. Clint and Christian both were professional and curtious, and had it warranted that same day. I would highly recommend both Clint and Christian for there great customer service. Also if your looking for a great sectional for a young family, look no further.

The shipment was requested and agreed upon to be delivered up onto the porch agreed upon with Christian and Sonia. However on the day of delivery, Mike/Ricardo refused to put on porch stating the owner was stated not to deliver the item onto the porch. Poor customer service and refusal of agreement made by customer and Konto.

Deal was great, movers were good, great all around.
