Nice place that has a good location. They have all the equipment that you could want with good hours. I am not a class person but every time I am there the workout classes are always rocking. Place is kind of dirty at times and out of soap or paper towels in the locker room often. Over all I would recommend this place based on my good experience.

This is one of the newer gyms in the area. Everything is really clean the equipment is new. The locker rooms are Immaculate, the staff is very friendly they also have a juice / snack bar.

Super great value! When you consider all thre high quality equipment they have, and the price per month, this is the best value around. Not as crazy expensive as some gyms, but far, far more equipment than the 24 hour strip mall gyms. No lunk alarms to embarrass you like planet fitness. Everyone from out of shape to semi pro body builders go here. The gym is also well maintained and clean. I paid more up front to get my membership 7 years ago and I only pay $20 per month. My medical insurance reimburses me this amount so it is free to me. Even the short term memberships are little more than a buck a day. Again, great value compared to the competition.

I'm rating this 1 star because of the daycare they have at this location. I took my kids there twice. The very first time she came looking for me during my workout! Twice! She said "your baby is too fussy". Clearly, she wanted me to do her job for her. I calmed my baby down and went on with my workout. I then decided to check in on them without them knowing. I saw my poor baby all alone crawling at the other end of the room as she sobs. My heart sank when I saw that the two women they had watching these kids only cared about engaging in a conversation with each other and not paying attention to the kids much less a crying baby!! I suggest you pay attention to your cameras whoever is in charge! Thank you.

Great place to workout. 75 different cardio machines, 20,000 lbs of free weights, 50 strength training machines, 4 racquet balls courts, group fitness room, full size basketball court, heated jr. Olympic swimming pool 25yards long, hot tub, male and female saunas, spin studio with 40 stationary bikes, cafe and a kids club that will watch your kids for up to 2hours. All new equipment. All for $20-$40 a month, depending on your membership.
