Orangetheory Fitness

I love this gym! I am always greeted with a smile from all the staff and the other people working out. I think that I am pushed towards realistic goals and I always look forward to going to class! I have definitely seen positive results in all aspects of my fitness and mood.

I've been a member for 2 years and love it. The workouts are never the same, so it keeps me stimulated compared to my last gym. Trainers are fun and know what they are talking about.

Although I very much enjoy the environment, workouts and trainers, I am giving it four out of five because I do often experience some pain and soreness that is repetition induced with so much focus on squats and lunges the knee/hip/low back area can feel overworked. Still recommend tho for an awesome intense workout.

With needing to travel for work, I have worked out at every OTF in MN and WI. The Uptown location is by far the best one! Although I also belong to Lifetime, there is nowhere better for a great cardio / interval workout than OTF. Results and entertaining trainers are a given!

Just joined Orangetheory at the new Uptown location and had two great experiences so far. The facility is brand new, crisp and roomy, with a large entryway for shaking off the snow in winters. Workouts are super organized so that you can focus on staying in the right heartrate zone rather than always trying to figure out what activity to do. Instructors and staff are friendly, really helpful and passionate but not pushy. Everybody is welcoming and everybody, especially staff, are non-judgmental--the atmosphere is so positive, and I feel terrific physical and emotional energy after a workout at OTF Uptown.
