Been a member since 2014. Honestly it's fine for the price. They have everything I need to get my workout in. This location does have more dated equipment than others in the area. But Slp is closest for my home and work so I'll keep going. Can't really complain for the price.

I've been a member of this gym for four years.  Today, I asked that the Twin game be turn onto one of the four channels.  (It was really slow, Sunday of Labor Day weekend.)  The "manager" on duty (the front desk gal said his name was Sigu?) had no clients or customers.  I asked very politely three times to have one of the TVs turned to the Twins, who are currently in a playoff hunt.  He after the second request, he said that he had changed the channel.  He had not.  (He hadn't even bothered to check.)  By the time I left, nearly an hour after my first request...nothing.  That's the way things go here at this gym, from what I've seen.  Weights being left on machines and no staff members doing anything except chatting with one another--or trying to make a sale.  Perhaps they stress sales too much and not member service.  In the long run, that's what counts.  Sales will follow if members are happy with their club.  It's the little things that really count.

The equipment is a little older than other locations but overall not bad. Not an incredibly busy location. Service is bad however. Front desk staff does a good job but the trainers are really awkward. I've said hi a few times to only be met with blank stairs.

For free weights and machines the gym is fine.  Been going here for over 2yrs and generally the equipment is in service... the photos of out of service equipment did last for a couple weeks, but in over 2 yes that's been the only time.  
For the monthly membership cost LA Fit is the best value for your money.  Some complaints are the lack of crossfire equip If you are looking for cross fit equip idk why you join this gym.  The hours operation meet most ppl needs and the staff who work at the gym are friendly.

I like that it's a smaller club. Members are a good group.  Equipment is slow to be repaired.  Check-in system doesn't register my card each time. Every other month I miss my reimbursement because the system misses 2 - 4 check-ins for the month.
