Balance is an Uptown Minneapolis fitness studio and gym offering personal training, small group personal training classes, sport specific coaching, nutrition guidance and wellness coaching. Balance classes combine a circuit of Kettlebells, TRX, strength training, cardio intervals and core conditioning for a full body workout. Personal trainers who lead the classes can adapt each workout to meet your individual fitness needs and abilities.
