LA Fitness

Great staff and also a very clean gym! Eric and Grace are very serious about helping me achieve my fitness goals. Both are very kind and want to see people succeed in the gym. They took the time to develop a meal plan for me and a regular schedule to follow for workouts. Only downside is that this place can be crowded at times (usually right after work) but this shouldn’t stop you from achieving your fitness goals.

Grace is great....always helpful even when not my days to train me. I can ask her questions on how to do a certain exercise. I am making a great investment, working with her, in me. And I am definitely already seeing results. We did legs on Monday together, and my quads are still sore...good sore. I need to remember to stretch after my workouts. How old do you have to be to workout at La Fitness? My son is 11 and wants to start. And I think him working with a personal trainer, like Grace, would be good for him. Eric, I can't thank you enough for helping to convince me into Personal Training. And for finding the right Personal Trainer, Grace, for me.

Lady's sauna has holes in the wood seats... Lady is setting in sauna with shoes right on the seat.!!!???.. unsanitary conditions in the sauna!!!!! Please give us at least paper towels in sauna as you give paper seats in toilet.... Toilets are more clean than sauna. On pic how it was supposed to be!!!!... But boots winter and etc...instead flip-flops....

I am new to the area and looked at a few gyms to join. I was interested in classes or what a one on one session would look like. When I talked with Eric at the Clinton location he sat and explained to me what the personal training program was all about, he was patient with all of my questions and concerns. He explained to me that the program was designed to teach you how to work out on your own eventually and it educated you on proper form so you got the best workout possible. That definitely peeked my interest. My first session was with Eric and it was no joke. He again was patient with my poor form and flexibility. Each exercise he made sure I felt the strength coming from the targeted muscle. He explained and demonstrated the form and corrected me when I needed it. This was exactly what I was looking for. I recently started working with Grace and she goes above and beyond with educating me on every move and pushes me to limits I did not think I could hit. She might be little but she is tough! Her personality makes it so easy to feel comfortable and vulnerable in a situation that is sometimes very uncomfortable for me. She helps me feel confident in my abilities and tracks my progress. She is very knowledgeable in all things fitness and nutrition, so I love to pick her brain during our sessions with questions on meal prepping or muscle building. I could go on and on about how awesome Grace is! I use to walk into a gym and feel lost and have no idea what to do or where to start. This program is teaching me everything I need to know to be successful on my own in the future, I am so thankful!
