Amazing atmosphere and AMAZING trainers. Matt and Gina really know CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. I have attended a few other CrossFit gyms in the area and this one has them all beat by a mile. The gym is extremely clean and always in order. The class times range from 5:30 am to after 7:00pm. I can always make a time and have no excuses to not work it. I highly recommend Switch CrossFit to everyone!

I had never picked up a barbell before entering Switch for the first time. From day 1, I have felt nothing but welcome, have really enjoyed getting strong and working out, and the added bonus of all the wonderful friends I have made. I love lifting weights, but if that isn't your thing, there are other classes, something for everyone! The trainers are top notch!

If you're a beginner or advanced, Switch is a great place to workout! All the trainers are super friendly and ready to help you achieve your goals. I remember how intimidated I was the first time I set foot inside the gym knowing the crossfit stereotypes, but Matt was quick to introduce himself and show me around. The membership is really friendly and everybody checks their ego at the door. There are several programs that keep our coming back so you can never get bored. Take advantage of the free class and try it out!

Clean space, amazing supportive trainers who run the classes and modify everything to fit each persons fitness level. The classes are fun and challenging and when you leave you feel like you can take on the world! I love this gym!

Great gym. If you have little to no experience with crossfit I would recommend coming here. The trainers are so supportive, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Also, Matt, the owner is a funny guy and made crossfit feel way less intimidating for me. I'm still a beginner and I leave this gym feeling more knowledgeable and skilled after every workout.
